Biff Rose was, and is a genius...and very under exposed! My brother's ex-girlfriend used to go with him, when he lived in Venice Beach, California, in the mid to late '60's. It seemed that at the time, hardly anyone knew of or about him, though he did 13 appearances on The Tonight Show, with Johnny Carson, and several stints with the Smothers Brothers. On his last show with Johnny, Biff gave Carson some shit about his clothes...that was his last appearance!
