I have missed something here. I don't know the system used here but the query could but does not appear to (I tested it and found it filtering out the word "Website" use "BS%" (no opening wild card) and that would filter out anything that started with those letters and I doubt that many words start BS... maybe a simple change to the form could solve the problem I mentioned.
