By my calculations, North Carolina is the second-most diverse state in the eastern U.S. I've been to Asheville, I've been to the Great Smoky Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway. I've been to the "Research Triangle." I've driven the entire length of the Outer Banks. I've been to the Dismal Swamp and Beaufort and Cape Lookout, and Camp Lejeune and Wilmington.
What have I missed?
