How would this affect ISP's in the UK?
My internet ISP is a business ISP and one of the tops in the UK. How will this affect them, if at all?
My main concern, is for my wife who is a freelance translator and gets her work via email and if that sort of action occurs, I need to know if they are going to affect her earnings as that is her salary as such, our only means of paying our bills.
