I'm using my wife's computer and she's left-hand mousing. My computer is set up for right hand mousing, but while I was in a cast I was a lefty. When I use our friend Mary's computer, well, she's a lefty. So in answer to your question, I use whatever is available.

BTW, my wife and I both use trackballs instead of mouses. Far superior!
