Uvula, of course. I remember when my daughter, who was about six, asked our pediatrician's nurse what that thing in the back of your throat is called. She smiled and told her it's called a uvula. (They'll be giving her uvula a little breathing room next week when she has her tonsils out at age 23. I wish said pediatrician had done it when she was six.)
