I believe the line is:
"Flatfootin' fifty with a coon on the run."
Which means running fast as you can after your coon dogs....I gather none of yall have ever gone coon huntin', have you?

When I was growing up many years ago, there was a saying we all said when someone was running as hard as they could...flat-footin' fifty...which refered to 50 mph.
