I've just been for a long walk (1 hour), bought two second hand booksat a garage sale (Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides - for my sister, and Artemesia, about the artist Artemesia Gentileschi).

This afternoon I'm going to babysit my grandchildren, and will be taking some books and toys that I got for them recently.

And I've just passed on an electric kettle to my neighbour (I have a new stainless steel one).

so, more books, less kitchen clutter:-)
