Your poem reminded me of many great nights spent at the Shish Mahal in Gibson St. 6 to 8 pints (20 oz. Imperial) of beer followed by tons of pakora, a chicken dhansak, a mountain of rice and a couple of chappatis, how could you go wrong? All that consumed on a 145 lb frame (that was then this is now). Incidently, when I was home in Scotland in the summer, there was a great comedy show on tv where everything was presented from an Indian perspective e.g a bunch of drunken Indian yoboos go for fish & chips after a night at the pub and insult the english waiter etc etc. It was hilarious. Can anyone tell me the name of the show. Hope it comes here (Toronto) but it may be too politically incorrect.
