Linn, you are a wonder woman. Thanks so much for keeping us posted. I don't remember any paranoia in ICU, but there was one day, in a regular room where I was alone, when I had a huge, blackout, full-out screaming scare, I was sitting in a chair paralysed with fear, after seeing the surgeon's partner, a woman. The staff all came running and I remember telling them to keep her away from me. I thought she had caused whatever it was I experienced. Fortunately, that never happened again. I do think her bedside manner was brusque and not very empathic.
