i want people to realize that holocoust denial, aiding holocoust denial, and trying to silence or punish those fighting against holocoust denial is a violation of the canadian human rights code and the human rights codes of every province. i should have brought a human rights complaint aginst helmut ruebsaat and his defenders long ago. the vancouver folk ss is an incorprsted society and hence subject to the laws of canada such as the human rights codes. i will now if there are those who try to supress the truth again.

helmut ruebsaat was a life ling holocoust denier and a memaber of the nazi party. he sang hitler youth songs at the vancouver folk song society and he admitted this to a half dozen people i know and some of whom i have talked to recently. if i have to i will bring a human rights complaint to put these people in the witness box under oath to testirfy as to these egrigious human rights violations. i should have done it years ago. those who defend holocoust deniers are those who make holocousts happen.

look on horbert ruebesaat's blog and at his articles. there you will find further admissions of their participation in the aristocratic nazi allied party(before 1933) of the deutchland [party. this is the party that ran and founded the steel helmets. then they supported hitler's ascencion to power by joining his coalition with the centre party to pass the enabling act that made hitler dictator. in return they were appointed as the first ss officers.

in addition helmuts obit and his sons blog show thatb the story put out for decades by the vancouver folk cabal that helmut was too young to be in the war was a lie/ he admits being in the german army and mustering out in 1945 to go to medical school. that at the time his friends such as murry schoolbraid and many at the old clique from the vancouver folk ss said he was thirteen. they lied for decades to protect him. he was obviously hiding some war time activity. i supose i will have to supoena his immigration papers and go to german records as the deniers seem to never give up. you all ought to think about what it says that you suppored an open holocoust denier for so many years. i know people who went to dinner at his house who heard him admit to being an ss officer, i know people who heard him deny the holocoust and i heard him deny the holocoust myself. i really should not have let this lie go on because those spreading it are obviosly never going to admit the truth and apologize.
