Talked to the DM -- I have a job and he'll put me back on the schedule. Of course, things are at sixes and sevens there because my manager is no longer with the company. All I know for sure right now is I'm working next Sunday and Monday per my old schedule.
Tom's therapist, etc. seem to think he may be released from rehab in a wheelchair, which would be entirely unpractical considering how little floorspace there is on our "ground" floor (up a half dozen or so steps from the actual ground). So I've got to measure stuff, and count stairs and measure risers and stair depth, etc. so they know a little bit more of what they'll be releasing him to.
Took care of some of the bill paying, which Tom usually does. Will take some other papers, etc. over to Clipper Harbor this afternoon for Tom to go over with me so I can deal with them.
In between everything else, still trying to beat the house into submission. Managed to get the trash up to the road just as the collection truck was next door. Whew!
