What the...?!? There's WHITE STUFF on the deck, the top of the firewood, my windshield, and around the daffodils, crocuses, squill... Keep in mind, it was 84F before the weekend...

No, ChanteyLass, no bedrooms or bath on the ground floor (but the kitchen is)...all upstairs. Tom will be sleeping on our (very comfortable) couch and we'll have the loan of a sturdy hospital-type commode. There's not a lot of clearance between furniture; we have very little floorspace. I don't think a wheelchair would be practical at ALL, unless it's one of those walker/wheelchair combos. And even then, I think a walker would be more practical. I'll have to do the measurements, count the steps, sketch a floorplan, and discuss it with somebody.
