Okay the scene is this: Asking my beloved to fuel the stove with one more piece of wood, the question arises: Has anyone ever been so cold as to burn their instruments? His mandolin certainly wouldn't last (not even in our airtight) my 16/15 dulcimer might for a short period of time, maybe a piano? Whatttaya think? Anyone ever been THAT desparate?
