Yesterday was a looong day. Tom's okay. Says he had good physical therapy and he may be home within two weeks. Tom's next appointment with Dr. Blitzer is next Tuesday when he'll get another lighter weight cast.

I may be back "on the schedule" at work, but what that actually means is I don't work again until next Monday, and I haven't a clue when else I'm working. (Normally I'd be working next Sunday, but it's Easter, and, despite our host store being open, the optical shop will be closed. No. I don't think I get holiday pay.)

Right now I'm swapping meals and having a ham sandwich for breakfast because that's what I wanted. Maybe I'll have zucchini bread for lunch (if I'm home for lunch).

More stuff to do today, including getting set up with a new primary care physician for myself and straightening out a matter at Wentworth-Douglass, both of which have to be attended to in person.

Gotta go plan my day. At least I finished a book this morning after Rufus woke me too early.
