To quit smoking you must first admit that you are an addict
Then you must admit that you are not in charge.
Stop telling yourself lies, "I can quit anytime I want to."
Or, "I enjoy smoking"

Forget all those "Aids" they do not work. There is only one way to quit smoking,and that is... Quit smoking!
If losing your voice to cancer, as I did, or you want to die a horrible death is ok, then go ahead and kill yourself.
Never mind your loved ones whom you are hurting.
