MariGold, maybe they all need to watch a docu? That's what finally did it for me re' taking care of my body and losing weight. I wrote about the two that changed things for me in THIS THREAD. The first title may be a little off-putting, but it is for anyone interested in healthier, easier nutrition and the second one is mainstream, good science.
