Actually, for many years that was exactly what Curmudgeon and I would eat for Easter dinner, not that we actually celebrated Easter, being non-churchgoers. (Sue, don't tell Mom!!! About not celebrating Easter, I mean...)

My preference has always been ham, but Tom has to avoid it because of the high sodium content. Couldn't afford lobster... And now rabbit has pretty well priced itself out of the market, too.
