There was also a small utility allowing you to splice sound clips together to exercise your creative inclinations.

Popularity of the little kit exploded briefly about the time Win98 appeared, when some people got a set of "clips" not too widely distributed, but rumored to have come from a lunatic band of microserfs, that included:
