I'd be inclined to hit a bug like that with a hand held local immpactory device... or a hammer.

I once told a carpenter in Newfoundand who was pissed off at all the drawings displaying measurements in Metric (I know, SI) to simply use his hand held metric-imperial linear measurement conversion device. He looked at me in a perplexed manner. When I said, "Yer fookin tape measure. It's got Metric on one side and Imperial on the other.", he threw it at me. Hurt, too.
