I have indeed countered and challenged their claims, the problem is that Rumblefish then has the exclusive authority to deny your challenge, and then google/youtube the places ads on your vids, and splits the profits with Rumblefish. The pipe tunes I play are and have been in the PD for over 100 years... so their claim is ludicrous.... and no one could have complained because the claim came within SECONDS of me uploading the video.
