It was (and still is) an interesting project. We had the advantage of being given the requisite permissions from either rights holders or their families if they had passed on, and the odd publishing company if they held the rights instead. It all came together in a timely fashion. I was more the formatting man, though Gerry helped; Gerry was the history and lyrics and music man (he comes from down my way!), well, he doesn't as it happens, but couldn't resist, although I chimed in with the odd snippet, and we tore our hair out (well, my hair and Gerry's wig) at each other over certain things, but, as ever in the spirit of compromise we got there.
