When the book is available for purchase at either of those places, will you please revive this thread? Sunday (June 9th) is an important day for both of us. You'll be in CT till then, and I'll be in TX.

So, on a day after June 9th, please post that the book is available for purchase. Otherwise I may forget to do anything.
