Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Go Play in Traffic (Dave Rudolf)
It was slow and coming, when I first found out that day. Came home from school to find my parents moved away. I finally tracked them down in some obscure little town, and when I rang the door bell, Mother told me with a frown:

Go play in traffic. Go take candy from a strange, play with fire by a ranger, Go play hopscotch off the roof of the Sears Tower.
Go play in traffic. Hop a rail to Minnisota, be a monk in North Dekota, Go see if you can hold your breath an hour.

All the kids at school, they'd laugh right in my face. Whenever we'd play baseball, they'd use me as third base.... (Can't remember the rest of this verse)

I have grown older. My wisdom's grown with age..... something something something.... my parent's constant rage..... But now I have two kids who smash and reck this place, and whenever I can catch them, I'll tell them to their face
