I used to have the problem a lot!....Serious miseries....then it changed a few years ago, and if anything tends the other way....but tolerable. I have no real idea exactly why, but diet may be the clue...since I am eating fewer salads and drinking MORE coffee, I have very few problems. I guess that is not something to recommend, but.......
