At home, I put in chopped onion & oregano, sear it on both sides, saute it medium rare on a bed of sliced mushrooms, and then eat it with a knife & fork (the mushrooms go with the potato, which soaks up the goop). But at Mr Bartley's in Cambridge, MA, you will bloody well get what you order.
