Bun, I hope you are still with this! How are you doing?? Whilst pregnant I used to drink lots of the orange flavoured bran drink mentioned earlier, but under the brand name of fibogel... Soon as I stopped taking it, I stopped throwing up as well..... Don't recommend a C section as a cure though. Not nice.

I've taken to eating a bag of mixed nuts and raisins - nice and tasty, better for you than chocolate, and very pickable....

Good luck and you might want to put one of those toilet rolls in the fridge for later....
