Ed, I'm not sure what there was about ground bison that you thought was odd. (Seriously, I just don't get it.)

There's a place a bit west of here that has a sign out indicating they sell bison. I'll have to try it sometime.

Gnu, I'm surprised they didn't cut that thing up into slices, then bread and deep fat fry them. Then, maybe mix bacon fat with butter and use it for a dipping sauce. Actually, a slice of that pressed steak&stuff might be good.

I haven't cooked a real burger in... I can't remember. I'm going to have to if y'all keep talking about 'em!
