I remember her from the late sixties until now. She was one of my best friends and I've loved her since I met her. I backed her up on many occasions (Cherry Tree - Gene Shay - gigs - etc.) and (as she often said - not true) taught her some fiddle tunes learned from Doc Watson (also recently gone - we have to do something about this). I will miss her more than can be expressed, and one of the truly originals - musically, personally and humanly - is now gone!! I was supposed to go first, but you know Caryl!! Love You!!
