Book importation and distribution is not an area I'm familiar with I'm afraid. However, Dick Greenhaus of Camsco (mentioned above) did a wonderful deal a few years ago, which enabled British based ballad buffs to buy Bronson's Traditional Tunes of the Child Ballads from an importer (I think) at a very affordable price. I can't remember the details, but I do remember the shock of realising I could actually afford a set of Bronson without having to auction off the family silver.
