Thread Name: Lyr ADD: Girl from the North Country (Bob Dylan)
Subject: Chords Add: GIRL FROM THE NORTH COUNTRY (Bob Dylan
Oldfolkie — a great old tune that I did for years, but it's been a long time since I've done it. I don't have a guitar with me, but I was trying to remember the chord pattern I used (which as I recall I got from a Dylan songbook). I won't guarantee this is it, but it might be helpful in figuring out your own thing with it.

(G - C - G) If you're (Em) travelin' in the (C) north country (G) fair (C - G)
(G) Where the (Em) winds hit heavy on the (C) border (G) line (C - G)
(G) Remember (Em) me to the (C) one who lives (G) there (C - G)
(G) For she once (Em) was a (D) true love of (G)mine (C - Am - D9 - G)

hope that works for you,
