Jeri, the appliances and vehicles are in league together - have cash set aside for something you want to do and the hot water tank bursts or the air conditioner dies.

I finally tackled the kitchen today so it looks much better, and I'm going to make a run over to the recycling bins to get rid of paper in boxes that I have sitting in the hall. Some of it can go in files, the rest in the bin.
