As I remember it from my mother - and it made absolutely no sense:

by the name of Slewfoot Sue
She worked in a shirttail factory

A head was all she had
She had a figure like a soft-shell crab
But when she'd hustle that homemade bustle,
Ooh, that gal was bad!!!

Apparently in this version she's got a cute face but a shabby body! What a strange, fun memory from childhood.
