Nutty - here's the programme of events for Whitby Seafest...... as far as I can see the events in the vault are all opportunities for participation. Even if they include a few "guests".
If no grants are available from the council, it's highly likely there will be a charge as there are costs to putting an event on....... I'm just pleased that the event has not been lost completely it'll be interesting to see if it can grow in Whitby as it did Scarborough over the years.
