His platform was making businessmen wear clown suits in the city limits, erecting statues of Dan White all over town and having the parks department sell eggs and tomatoes for people to throw at them, hire city workers to become pan handlers in rich neighbourhoods, banning on cars in the city, legalisiing squatters in vacant buildings, and requiring police officers to run for election in the neighbourhoods they patrol in order to keep their jobs.
