Brilliant! All power to your collective elbows! There seems to be a trend here for local councils placing their heads up their collective arses and then throwing money at exactly the wrong people to achieve their nefarious ends. I hope the Whitby experience is as good as last years Hull Shanty Festival, this year similarly wrecked by what appears to be false lights!
