My point Wil Fly, which was made ironically is that I disagree with attempts to replace religion with science. Such efforts cheapen the meaning of science and strengthen the justification for religion. But if you feel the need to replace religion, use the arts. Use the arts because scientists are a rare and precious resource. Use the arts because religion uses the arts, not science, to inspire and educate.
