Just re-read the article in case I'd missed something - I hadn't.
Nowhere does it suggest a significant number of the Pakistani (certainly not an entire gender) community being involved, nor does it attempt to make any cultural link and the crimes.
It is in fact a criticism of one of our British bobbies for not carrying out his duties, and thus being implicated in the abuse of underage girls by negligence - a suggestion that would have left both you and Keith spluttering into their whisky and sodas, were it made on another topic.
