Arrived Yeterday on time and intact! spent part of the evening visiting Colonial Williamsburg VA! very impressive.
Today, I went on a mini tour of Richmond VA including the Confederacy White house aka Jeff Davis' mansion!!!!and a vvisit to the University of Virginia library!! wonderful day of blue skies and 65+ temps and I saw the James river too, it is very pretty, Richmond is a nice city, but has worse parking (less spaces) than London!!,met afriend of mary's fo lunch who had a comprehensive knowledge of stringed instrumental music, and who plays Slack key! a real nice day, and have arranged to spend time at the Richmond FF tomorrow!
