To all the others, check with any other fact checkers, and you will find that Biden was sorely in error when dealing with the truth. He was massively misleading, unless of course you are already predisposed to believing the nonsense he was peddling.
His lying during the debates is all over the news. Even the political spinners are having problems justifying his 'misstatements'.
