I'll bet it's a foreclosure notice. We know he doesn't pay the rent on his sleazy "office" on time and that his bills are always overdue. I think his "personal reasons" are because he's running from the people he owes money to, like the Federal Elections Commission and "Tiny Tot" from the Northside Gorillas.
