Linn, you've had so much on your plate with Tom's injuries and surgeries, with work and weather, and now retirement - it isn't easy to retire. Do you make lists for yourself? I'd suggest making one that includes both long-range goals and short term tasks so that as you cross off things you finish you can see progress but you still have a plan in view - and having a plan is the one thing that always helps snap me out of the kind of depression you're talking about.

I was in Waco at noon to meet a friend, have lunch and listen to a short talk, then we took a cross country route back to my home. Like herding cats to keep him on track when he sees things he's interested in - then he finishes, announces "let's go" - whatever I'm doing. Not the perfect timing between the two of us, but it is only a 48 hour visit, I drop him off at the airport on Saturday.

MAG, glad to see you turn up! Don't be a stranger.

Susan, I know you're not online much, you're in the recuperation stage in a nursing home, but I hope you're well and healing and will be back home soon.

Busy day tomorrow and early Saturday, but I have most of the weekend to myself. Time to make progress then.
