Look, let's get some perspective here. The Indians did run Bison off a cliff. 100 of them according to Lewis & Clark, but, consider the number of Bison at that time, MILLIONS of them from sea to sea. The number thaT THEY KILLED IN THIS MANNER WAS MINUTE. And it was most certainly not for a "Steak dinner."
