He had a wonderful voice and loved to read stories, but he had the great good sense to share his love of stories and the spoken word with lots of actors over the years.

The program was kind of like The New Yorker magazine - not all of the stories grabbed me, some of them were rather esoteric, but many of them were engaging driveway-moment stories, where you sit in the car to hear the end of it when you arrive at your destination.
