Old thread, but...
I have a leather guitar strap, the adjustable end of which weaves in and out of the main part, making a row of little slots that are perfect to stick picks in. Sort of a bandolier for plectra.
But I hardly use the things any more, having shifted my emphasis to fingerstyle.
