I'll have to second the Cathy & Marcy albums.
When my kids, now 36, were younger they had a few favourites. They liked the Pete Seeger story/songs Abiyoyo and The Foolish Frog.
There was a great Michael Cooney kids album on Front Hall that they and I really enjoyed.
They also had a couple of Eric Nagler albums and a Valdy kids album. Another favourite was a Cathy Fink, Duck Donald and Peter Paul VanCamp album which I think was called I'm Gonna Tell. If that wasn't the title, it did have that great Rosalee Sorrels song on it.
