well, lettuce leaves are okay for swiping up the last of the gravy, and carrot sticks do pretty well to use for dip.speaking of which...
hot artichoke dip:
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayo/miracle whip
1 cup grated romano
dash tabasco or red pepper sauce
mix well, put in a shallow ovenproof casserole ( a glass pie pan works well) and bake at 350 degree F. until bubbly
