Nellie Bly. Great to find all this. I sang the following in Australia in the forties, as a child, and to the Steven Foster tune.       Nellie Bly caught a fly, tied it to a string. Let it go, broke it's toe, poor little thing.!    Hi nellie, Ho Nellie fetch the broom along. Sweep the kitchen nice and clean, sing a little song!                  At least the fly only had it's toe broken, not it's throat cut!!!!!
