Rap, Rudolf's nose can glow without being radioactive. It's just a form of natural variation. I, for one, have oily skin, and I had a shiny nose myself for many years.

Speaking of reindeer, when I was a little kid, I was baffled by this song:

Up on the housetop, reindeer paws -
out jumps good old Santa Claus -

I always wondered "What about their paws?" They bring them up and then say nothing more. Oh, the illogicality of adults!
