Santa will end up like Saddam one day...condemned to death by hanging by a kangaroo court, for encouraging unregulated mass consumerism (a modern form of what is deemed to be terrorist activity) and hiding Weapons of Mass Destruction that imperil the whole world (Daisy BB Guns). This will be after he is hunted down hiding in a "spiderhole" at the North Pole, following a massive "Shock and Awe" military campaign in the polar region. The campaign will claim the lives of 138,000 Elves, 24,000 Inuit, 620,000 caribou and polar bears (collateral damage), and 13 Western Alliance soldiers killed by friendly fire. The remaining Elves will be incarcerated for some time at secret prisons in Lybia, Iraq, and newly-liberated Syria, where they will be tortured with electric prods, waterboarding, and German Shepherd dogs.

Democracy will finally be brought to Santa's Workshop!!! (well, what's left of it...)

Years later it will be revealed that the real reason for the invasion will have been strictly a financial one. Santa was not paying import duties and taxes on goods crossing the American border.
